Disappointed Guest A review of Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade

When i first researched this hotel through discount hotel.com to get a 70% off rate, i was told through them that had the option to pay valet parking or park my car for free in there lot, so thats why i went there. When i arrived i was told that i could park my car next to the hotel only to pay $12.00 a day and everytime i went out and came back it was another $12.00 so if i went out 3 times a day that would have been $36.00 so i had no choice to but to valet from the hyatt for $18.00, i was told to go MYSELF to arrange it , when i went to the valet i was told it was not $18.00 but $20.00. When i asked for 2 beds because it was stated in hotel discount.com that i had the option of 2 beds, i was told that i would have to wait, i asked how long, and she could not give me a time , we were very tired so just took one bed, she did offer to bring a cot to the room. When i arrived in the room, it was a room in a corner with the view of the mechnical devices from the hotels airconditioning in front of the room, i wasnt even able to see the sky. Then a man knocks on our door and and just drops off a cott in the room standing up, it took two stong men, me and my cousin to rearrange the furniture to set this thing up cuz the room they put us in was so small. When we went to go out i went in front of the hotel valet and was told by the valet i had to call to get my car, this is valet? After this we waited and i mean no lie 20 minutes to get our car, we were going to a concert and missed half of it. I stayed in the Hyatt in Acapulco Mexico and it was pretty pleasant thats the reason i booked another Hyatt hotel. I feel i am a guest and im playing pretty good money to stay in a half decent place and im rearranging the furinture in a room looking at mecahnical devices ? this is a relaxeing pleasant vacation? I think not, so i will never stay in a Hyatt again especially Hyatt downtown Cleveland at the Arcade.
