Deceitful, Dishonest Service A review of The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village

I am in the process of coordinating a Pakistani/Indian wedding at the Westin. The business methods for this type of wedding are dishonest, misleading and deceitful. Business policies are not disclosed fully at time of contact because the function must be arranged by the cater Mogul and there is no choice in which Pakistani/Indian caterer can be used. I stronly suspect the banquet and catering managers at the Westin are paid under the table for weddings booked in this manner by Mogul.

Once a contract is signed, hidden fees are tacked on. Westin refused to accept my business when I expressed disagreement with these deceitful practices and requested another caterer. You will not be treated as a respected client but rather a source of cash if you use this facility for an Indian/Pakistani wedding. Please rethink any event you choose to have at this facility.
