Could do better! A review of Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown

Location great, reception staff helpful but management need to sort the place out. We waited almost an hour for our breakfast despite complaining and begging for our order. The reception staff not only have to deal with arrivals and departures but a never ending series of phone calls from residents demanding room service which took presidence over everything. They have more car valets than reception staff, that is madness for a start. The carpark is over the road, am I missing something? Just because Dallas used to be the car capital of the world. This hotel could be wonderful if they paid more waiting staff in the restaurant and reception staff and make folks park there own cars! The place is clean, newly decorated, bedrooms adequate so with a few tweeks it could be SO much better.
