Bring your ear plugs! A review of Hotel Mucha

Noise is definitely the big down side with this hotel. Building works next to the hotel provided a 'banging' wake up call and the street noise from the front of the hotel was quite remarkable considering it was a fairly quiet street!!

Location wise it was a good 15 min walk to the centre of the old town but it was right next door to the underground station.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was a good size and well equipped with nice bathroom. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with a good (and interesting!) choice. I had read that the bar offered a huge range of cocktails ... but it didn't! As hotel mini bars go, the prices were fairly reasonable (although cheaper to use the supermarket next door!!).

Staff in the main were friendly although it did take some time to get used to the abrasive Czech nature.

We were allocated this hotel as part of an 'Expedia' package and for our purposes we were quite happy with it.
