Best Western -- not the "best" A review of Zoders Inn & Suites
Three of my friends and I stayed at Zoder's Inn for our friend's wedding. Our troubles began several weeks before the trip when trying to book the room. The process was very complicated and we were not spoken to nicely on the phone. The first morning we woke up there, one of our breakers was blown. A maintenance man was sent up to fix it.
After he left, we received a phone call from the front desk asking how many people were with our party b/c the man had told them that there were six people in there. The bride and her maid of honor, who were staying with their parents in other rooms at the same hotel had come over that morning. We also received another phone call the next morning asking the same thing, for no reason. The entire time we felt as though we were treated like children. We are in our 20's, but all have college degrees and do quite a bit of traveling and this was some of the worst treatment we've experienced in a hotel. We felt as though we were discriminated against based upon our age and that we were not treated appropriately.
