Be Warned!!! A review of Shular Inn Hotel
Arrived the evening of 10/22.I was charged full stay. I told them I had already been charged three nights stay weeks earlier. The clerk told me they never charged credit cards early. I paid the bill and contacted Travelocity. Travelocity called Shular Inn and was told Shular Inn had "stopped using that reservation service a week ago." The next morning I went to desk to talk to someone else. She said "They did charge deposits early," but since I had used Internet, The lost deposit was my problem . She stated she had no idea who to call,but to leave my info and she would try. Hours laterI returned to desk, she said she was by herself and tired .She had done nothing. During my time at front desk another customer had similar troubles with similar answers"It is not Shular Inn's problem. You call, you get it straightened out!" That afternoon I went back to front desk hoping to find someone that would help. Happily my deposit was found. After all this, Shular Inn was average. Can't say I would go back. Remember , any problems you are on your own.
