Bad house keeping service A review of Hyatt Regency Bellevue
Every year we travel with our family often, we have been to many hotels. I am very disappoint with their house keeping service. The first night we were there, I just cannot sleep well because the bed and sheets does not feel right. Therefore, the next day, I paid extra attention to the bed and I notice that the bed were not made properly. It looks like the house keeper did not tugged in the sheets and basically just throw the bed cover on. I called the front desk and complained. They told me that it is because we put the private sign outside - even though we left before noon. (That is such a lame excuse because they did come in and make up the room.) Next day when we checked out, they ask us how was the service, we told them the situation, they just simply give an answer that "oh, we will report to the general manager."
I am disappointed because this is really not what I expected from a Hyatt's service. I think they really need to improve their customer service and be more friendly. We will not stay here again in the future.
