Bad experience with the Ramada Inn, Olive Tree A review of Ramada Inn Olive Tree

I booked a 2 day online reservation and didn't have any problems with the check-in. Later on that night, unfortunately, my luck turned ugly.

After returning from dinner, my husband and I found ourselves locked out of our room. When speaking to the manager, he informed me that he had made a mistake in billing and was supposed to charge us a higher price than the one I agreed to. After acknowledging his error, I asked him if the price of the room I agreed to was still the same as to what I signed for. He said it was still the same. Low and behold after checking my credit card service online days later, my credit card had been charged the higher price.

I called the manager and he told me he would check into the matter. After four days of not being called back, I had to call him again and got into a hostile phone conversation because he said that I had agreed to go ahead and be charged the higher price than the one I had agreed to at check-in. I told him that he had made the error and good business is to not lie to your customers. I told him that all I wanted was the difference between the two prices to be returned to my credit card. He agreed to refund the difference but days later, it still hasn't been credited.

Don't go through the headache and anger that I have gone through. Bad management. There are plenty of hotels across the street from the Ramada Inn. Stay away from this hotel!!
