What a surprise! I thought, based on reviews, this would be a great experience but that was certainly NOT the case. When we arrived to our room we immediately noticed a slight smell and thought it might just be a cleaner or something and might go away, so we just ignored it.We then noticed a large brown smearing of something on the bedskirt and the floor so on our way out we told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. When we returned in the evening, we noticed the smell was much worse and was probably a sewage smell. The large brown smear was still on the bedskirt, so we asked them again to change it and went out again. When we returned it still was not changed. After a third try , I went down and personally waited for the housekeeper and we went up together! She acted like she just had run a marathon. She said there were no more bedskirts but eventually went to actually look and she found one.. Unfortunately the big brown stain on the carpet couldn't be changed. Over the next few days, the smell got worse, it was awful. We were too tired to change rooms. Upon complaining to the hotel after the trip, they said there had never been a similiar complaint and didn't even offer us ANY compensation. Also, they seemed from the very start to not give a damn about us when they saw we booked our reservations through priceline, so keep that in mind.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!
