An all-time favorite A review of Massanutten Resort
My family stays at Massanutten Resort in the Shenandoah Valley every year. Our first time was a last minute decision and we were concerned that it would probably be the leftovers no one would want, but we loved it. We ended up buying a second timeshare there. They have everything: 5+ pools, horseback riding, weightroom, racquet ball courts, tennis courts, hiking trails, tubing and kayaking trips, fishing, boating, restaraunts, outlet malls, skiing, easy access to Shenandoah National Park, Monticello, and just about everything you can imagine! The people are friendly and helpful and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. We stay at the Summit and it is like a dream, with a 4 person jaccuzzi with surrounding mirrors and marble floors, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a lovely gas fireplace, and a screened in porch which makes a great spot for reading. I would recommend Massanutten to anyone. There is without a doubt something there for everyone.
