Amazing renovation of historic factory into modern boutique hotel A review of Lancaster Arts Hotel

We stayed one night at this place, and it was incredible!

The building used to be a tobacco warehouse, but was converted two years ago into this neat hotel. The lobby is amazing - exposed brick, original huge beams, steel, leather chairs and sofas. Check-in was great. We were upgraded from a studio queen to a deluxe king on the top floor.

Out room had an extremely comfortable bed, great linens, and amazing down pillows. There was a flat screen LCD tv on the wall, a great armoire, a comfy lounge chair, and a desk with an iPod dockable stereo. Out room also had exposed brick.

THe bathroom had a double granite sink, and a huge walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Towels were awesome.

The restaurant and bar looked great, but we didn't eat/drink there.

The fitness center was one of the best I've used. They had a LifeFitness treadmill (the new kind) a LifeFitness Eliptical and bike. Also a weight machine, a set of free wieghts, and medicine balls.

THe hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from many of the art galleries, restaurants, and historic downtown which was great.

We would definatly go back.
