Adam's missed the Mark. A review of Adam's Mark Buffalo
I too stayed at the Adam's Mark to attend a wedding. They must give a very good sales pitch to the wedding couple or have a great honeymoon suite. To say our rooms were dissappointing would be an understatement. At first glance, the rooms appeared clean. But with a second look, the carpet was absolutley filthy. It had been vacuumed but was covered with stains and looked to have been in place for about 25 years. The bedding was just as old and tired. I have never slept on such an uncomfortable bed. The pillow was flatter than a pancake. Our room was on the 4th floor and faced the highway. It was very noisy even on Sunday morning. The bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around in it and the shower tile grout was green with mold. The only reason I'm scoring this a two instead of a one is because of the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. They could use more help on the front desk. Anytime I walked through the lobby there were only two front desk employees and a line out the door of people waiting to be helped. I would say that Adam's missed the Mark on this one. There are plenty of other places to stay in downtown Buffalo.
