Above average overall A review of All Season Suites

We stayed at this hotel 8 nights and were pleased over all. The location is good - it is located off the Parkway just off Traffic light #8 - which was great because it was extremely quiet but still a minute's drive to all the shopping and restaurants. Half a mile to Dollywood and 2 miles to Splash Country. We had a one bedroom suite, 2 adults and 3 kids, and the extra space came in handy. 1 TV in the bedroom and another in the living room with full cable. Full kitchen had all we needed, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove top burners - no oven. The units are not stocked with plates, etc, but they can be checked out free of charge at the front desk if needed. Only drawbacks in the room were a doornob to the bathroom that came off and the sofa sleeper in the living room was certainly past its prime - but the kids were OK with it.

Complimentary breakfast was nice as well. Available daily from 7am to 10 am, consists of coffee, juices, milk, grits, doughnuts, cereal, toasts, bagels, etc - and waffles that you make yourself. There is an attendant on duty throughout the breakfast to keep things clean and well stocked. The tables in the breakfast area were spotless.

The ladies at the front desk were all very helpful. The hotel had a church group that checked in one nite that was rowdy well into the night. I went to the front desk at 1 am to complain and they put a stop to it instantly - very impressed!

Make sure you check with the front desk if you need to buy tickets to Dollywood, etc. The discounted tickets they sell are actually cheaper than you would pay at the park.

The swimming pool was a little small, and the lights in the pool were not working making it harder to keep an eye on the kids.

Over all a good deal. We will definitely return.
