A very costly stay! A review of SeaPort Marina Hotel
We were recently long term renter's at the seaport marina, and we had a very "costly" stay there. First, someone stole my husban's 18 gold bracelet, his electric razor, cigarette's, and also a zip drive for his computer. Reported it to the hotel, a total of $600.00, in return, they gave us 3 night's free rent. Next, I have a 2000, BMW convertible. I was going to the gym one moning, and noticed the roof had been slashed, I reported it to the police, and the hotel. They supposedly have security! Had the roof replaced to the tune of $1000.00, got the car back, my husband and I were going to take it back to our home in Imperial (thanksgiving) weekend, well it was slashed again! Out of pocket another $500.00 to replace it! To top it all off, the hotel suggested that someone has something against us, and they felt it was personal! I was taken aback by this, as we don't know anyone in Long Beach! I would have thought, after the first time the roof was slashed, security would have made an effort to keep a better eye on my car. I am very upset, and plan to write the better business bureau, regarding this matter.
Very sad stay at The Seaport Narina!
