A Vacation that Turned Into a Headache A review of Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel

My husband and I spent a weekend at the Wyndham Miami Airport Hotel. The bed linen was disgusting- we found dried blood on our blanket. We left a note for the maid to put a new blanket on the bed and when we returned the following night found the blood stained blanket back on our bed. We politely informed the front desk clerk when checking out and she rushed us out the door before the long line of customers checking in could hear us complaining. I later called a manager who took my name and number and 3 weeks later we still haven't heard from them. My brother-in-law also stayed at the hotel and his bed had ants in it. However, they did give him another room. How generous of them! The nightmare continued when the hotel charged my credit card three times for the 2 night stay. It took 3 weeks of calling every day for it to be settled. No one at that hotel returns phone calls or has any idea what is going on. I would definitely discourage anyone from dealing with this particular Windham Hotel.
