A pleasant stay at the Woodlands A review of Woodlands Hotel & Suites - Colonial Williamsburg
My husband, our one-year old daughter, and I stayed at the Woodlands for 3 nights. We were given these accommodations through a timeshare offer. My parents stayed in the adjoining room, also through a timeshare offer. Our rooms were quite a distance from the hotel lobby where the continental breakfast was served. It was quite a hike, but we didn't mind. We found the area where the continental breakfast was served to be vast compared with other hotels at which we've stayed.
They even have outdoor patio seating, weather permitting, if it gets too crowded inside. The breakfast staff was very helpful, and the food was plentiful and constantly restocked. The rooms were very clean and neat each and every day. No HBO was a tiny bit of a bummer. The pool was closed due to the fact that Hurricane Isabel had just passed through the week before. It was very convenient to pick up the Colonial Williamsburg shuttle bus right from the property. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
