A Great Place To Visit, And I Could DEFINITELY Live There!!! A review of Sea Lord Hotel & Suites
My SEA LORD tradition began when I was 6 years old. My single-parent mother and I stumbled on the only hotel in town with a vacancy on our first vacation in late July of 86. We were so fortunate that night to have found the most accomodating suite that fit our needs so perfectly!!! The Sea Lord became an annual event that we anxiously looked forward to. A beautiful room with a balcony view, an ocean front pool and a tranquil atmosphere all added up to host and amazing list of fond memories. Of course, we were not the only members of our family to enjoy the Sea Lord's offerings. On occasion, we would catch the last two or three days of my grandparents vacation or tavel with my aunt and four young cousins, revealing to them all our hidden escape. While I still remember the day after hurricane Andrew and how terrifying it was to be evacuated from Lauderdale By The Sea the day before, I still treasure the enormous conch shells we managed to dig out of the eroded beachwhen we returned to the Sea Lord the next afternoon.
Unfortunately, as I grew older, scheduals grew tighter and our traditional vacation plans became interrupted by summer jobs and school events. My last trip to the Sea Lord was in 97 with a close friend and four years after my previous visit, the Sea Lord, it still had the same peaceful effect on me. I am now married and awaiting the birth of my second child. I hope that once money is no longer such an issue, my family will be able to know and appreciate all that the Sea Lord has to offer to family vacationers. Who knows...maybe I'll see you there!!!!!!!!!!
