A Bisbee Gem A review of Letson Loft Hotel
The town of Bisbee captures the essential Arizona spirit. So, too, does the Letson Loft Hotel, an historic building lovingly restored to a very high standard but maintaining the feel of the original period. Upon check-in we were warmly greeted by Tom, one of the owners of the inn. He showed us to our goregous queen bedded suite. WOW!! Tom then preceeded to show us some of the other rooms. Each room has its own unique character and I would have been pleased staying in any one of them. I was particularly struck by the exposed brick, the restored tin work and the wonderful paint treatments as I wandered through the hallways. Our suite offered such ammenities as sumptuous robes, a small flat screen TV, a beautifully restored claw footed tub/shower with accompanying thick, terry towels and a bed and bedding one melts into. After a great night sleep we awoke to a nicely presented continental breakfast of excellent coffee, juice and fresh blueberry muffins. We already have plans for a return visit. Can't wait.
