A big, confused, mobbed, surely this is not a Ritz, Ritz A review of The Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City

This is a Ritz? Let's see, the attachment to the mall ensures the lobby is continuously mobbed with people. The rooms are very small and you can hear your neighbors through the walls easily. I have to say the sheets are the softest I ever slept in and the towels were the fluffiest I have ever seen. A big problem came when we sent a pair of shoes out for the complimentary shoe shine. They disappeared. We told four different people about the problem and not one person bothered to apologize for the incident. This was on the first night of our two night stay. The night manager advised she would look into it, but I had to call back three times over five days before they finally advised they found my shoes. At the end of my last conversation, she 'apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused' some Ritz. The metro is very convenient to this hotel, but you should not stay here.
