5 (fallen) stars A review of President Hotel Prague
It reminds me a lot of the Italian hotels (4 and 5 stars): had their glory in the 90's and then slowly their glow faded with the years to come. Probably because investments were never planned since. Or, probably because they simply don't think that it's really necessary. I can think that this adds up to the authenticity of the Prague experience. As I said, just like in Italy. So, you can't be upset that things are not exactly at a 5 star standard, as rates are very good. From my point of view, the only thing worth upgrading is the staff. Communnication. And that's that!
