3 Thumbs Up A review of Roosevelt Hotel
We were in Seattle for 4 nights and stayed at The Roosevelt Hotel. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to you.
Location: It is right in the center of town. You can walk to shopping, Pike Street Market, restaurants and attractions on the harborfront.
Price: It isn't the most inexpensive, but considering where it is and how nice it is, it is very reasonable.
Quality: The lobby is very attractive without being pretentious. It's a homey, comfortable place to sit, meet someone, wait for a cab. The first room we were in was small but suited the three of us fine. We loved the robes provided! There was, unfortunately, a plumbing problem but they moved us to a more spacious room very quickly and efficiently.
Personnel: Everyone without fail was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. We got huge amounts of information from the concierge, we got a wheelchair when my husband's medicine wasn't working well, we got a free appetizer sent to our table at the restaurant because the cab had been so slow!
Nice hotels with a genuine personal touch are rare. This is one.
