Today I was in the first group to go to Komodo island. There're we're about twenty in the group with two keepers and one English speaking guide. We walked for about twenty minutes to the water hole, kept wet by the rangers, and there were three full size male dragons just lying there. There were plenty of rangers armed with long sticks and you could walk around the water hole but not inside the line of rangers. This still gave ...
Komodo island doesn't seem to be on my 'pinned' map hence Semarang which will be our larger port of call after Komodo.
Another quiet and relaxing day enjoying the lovely weather, quite deceiving when the wind is blowing on the top deck to forget just how hot the sun rays are, how some people can lay in the sun all day amazes me, we duck in and out of the pool to cool off, then in and out of the shade. It is 33 degrees today phew!
