Arrived to Noosa and made our way to our room to be greeted by 6 other girls - Will was in for a treat! It was nearing 40degrees and with no air con in the room we thought we'd need a few drinks to knock us out! Turns out we didn't drink enough as we still couldn't sleep and spent most of the night feeling suffocated by the warm air being blown around by the 3 poxy fans! We spent the morning on the lovely Noosa beach swimming amongst the fishes until (another) ...
Once off Fraser Island, we headed further south, down the coast.
Stopped at Maryborough briefly - only to take a photo of Mary Poppins ( the author was born there - I did not know that!)
Made our way to Mooloolaba, where we met my sister Sandra, who had organised to come up for a few days. Was lovely to see her, and also lovely to stay in an apartment with her - a few ...

I understood the logic of canoeing but another lady had said shed done it before so she sat in the back, unfortunately I don't think she knew how to steer so we did end up crashing a few ...
... It was just too bad that we didn't had the greatest weather or stayed overnight, especially after hearing other people had and they had a great time. We then stopped at rainbow beach which was beautiful - the sand dunes on the coast are all colored red and orange so that was really cool to see. We drove along the beach and saw all the daring campers who literally camp on the ocean's coast (cool but I think I'd only due it for one night).
