      ... of the gym twice during a workout one time, we got kicked out of the weight room...then went to an empty dance studio...got kicked out of there too...so we ended up doing push ups in the hall way. Actually this happened more than once, we've been kicked out of the weight room twice many times.

      ... so I took the liberty to take a selfie in the mirror. However keep in mind that this photo is not an accurate representation of my physical appearance due to the fact that:

      a) I didn't do an ab set right before so...doesn't really count

      ... get to China...so here goes: Steak N' Shake was good. The triple steak burger meal offers almost unbeatable dollar to calorie ratio.       ... neighborhood, and I was able to see some of the other original houses including one that Quaker abolitionist, Dr. Nathan Thomas, built. He helped slaves escape on the Underground Railroad.
