Thankfully we had finished pretty much everything by our last day so only had a few things to do. The day went by really quickly and before we knew it, it was almost time to say goodbye to Boom and Michelle as they were headed back to Phuket for the week. After eating we wandered down to Sakai Bar and joined the group of volunteers already there. They were mainly the girls as most of the men had gone to watch Thai Boxing in Bang Niang.

... restaurant on the beach. As that was no longer an option, I had to go for second best and have my birthday dinner at Chong Fah Restaurant. I was lucky enough to get a table at the water’s edge and chose fried fish with dry red panaeng curry which was so good that I think it will become my dish of choice when eating there in the future.

I finished the evening watching the world go by and enjoying the cool evening air at Ska Bar. Before turning in I checked ...
