Sea, sand, school and a little bit of sun!
... went into school to help out today, so Luce and I have had a pretty chilled day- i've been lent One day so currently loving reading that in the sun, desperately attempting to get a tan so i'm not the whitest person at the full moon and even had a cheeky swim in the river to cool off :) we had asked about taking a trip to a the local waterfall tomorrow, but got told that instead we have 40 US Navy men visiting, such a chore but i'm sure we will cope!!

... aren't disappointed. I think he has very high hopes that this is going to be the coolest place on earth, so hopefully he's right!
Aside from that there is not too much to report. We are getting sick of all the train travel and are probably going to start paying a bit more to utilize the service of minibuses. Apparently they are much faster and only cost a bit more. We don't want to spend any more time just sitting on a train seat.

Where to begin
... onto our backs. They boys loved it too. They are so care free and relaxed about everything, and somehow they never seem to hurt themselves. As you can see from the photos there was a biggish group of us. The other volunteer in the photo is Nina. She was here for about 3 weeks whilst we were here. She was from Australia and was a great help with all the gardening stuff too. Hopefully we will keep in touch. She left earlier this week.

... it didn't make sense to trek all the way out to the beaches or islands, just to come back the following day, especially if it was just going to rain the whole time! There isn't particularly much to do in Krabi town. I'd had some trouble paying a deposit for my accommodation on Koh Phangan, and had been told that I could go to a Thai bank to make the payment.
