    ... 16 stitches, not what his hand looked like before treatment. Although the gash was deep no tendon damage occurred and a full recovery is expected. He will see a hand specialist in the upcoming days just to make sure.

    For a guy who is a hockey goalie three times a week with razor sharp blades flashing within inches on a regular basis it is ironic that it was playing this old mans game that took him out.

    ... pacific was cold, but adrenaline was at an all-time high and to us it felt like bath water. We sang our "pump up song" one last time, and Hugged and cried like we had never before.... Until I ran to the shore to meet my mom, where I completely lost it. Hugging her and seeing amazing fan base that came out had me in fits of tears, happy and sad it was all over all at once.     ... Perk in Friends - they still have most of the items which were used including the sofa and the signs. Most films are now filmed abroad as it's cheaper but some scenes are still done in studios and interestingly the same backdrop would have been used in numerous films but the clever editing would make it look completely different.     One last random thought...we have the Click it or Ticket over head signs on the freeway, we saw the best one in AZ, Drive Hammered Get Nailed.     ... No! So we both fell asleep for an hour and woke up to scorching sun, and now a few red bits. But perfect. We ended the day with a 'posh meal' at the resort, it was delicious and the setting is breathtaking, the sun setting over the bay as we ate. A perfect end to a pretty amazing day.
