We headed to the Glass Window today, which is about 27 nm from Governor's Harbour. We had good winds on the beam at 10 to 15 knots. On our way we saw a few dolphins and a turtle. Also we encountered quite a few fishing nets sailing here as well as to Governor's Harbour. I never seen so many, we had to be careful to avoid them as we do not want them in our propellers.

We walked to the Atlantic side to see the beautiful pink beach and on our back went to a restaurant called Bucaneers for lunch. We returned to the boat as we had to make water and get Delfino ready for our next destination the Glass Window, which is about 25 nm from here.

As expected, Day 2 (or full Day 1), has mostly been spent relaxing, eating, sipping Bahamian Rum cocktails, and swimming in the lagoon. The weather is mild with temps in the low 80's and a cool easterly breeze off the ocean. The view over the Exuma Sound from our deck is astounding. Clear forever. Had a lovely dinner with the crew of Agave, on our second night here, at a "new" waterfront restaurant. I had coconut curried shrimp which may very well have been the best meal I've had in a Bahamian restaurant to date!
Finally we did all of our errands and chores so that we are ready ...
