    ... Po Lin Monastery which is home to the largest outdoor Buddha in Asia, wowzer at 85 feet high and sitting on the top of a mountain, it really is quite spectacular. Vegetarian lunch was cooked and served by the monks...I have to say I was slightly hesitant but it was quite delicious.
