    ... up at 5.15 - I still can't believe it - as we were being tendered off the ship at 6.30. We were (un)lucky enough to get a seat outside on the tender for the 10 minute ride into San Juan Del Sur.     ... for my camera so I wouldn’t scare him, he hopped a little further away but I
    was still able to get a good picture. As I lined up for another picture he took
    to flight. I was disappointed until I realized there were two more right over
    my head! They did not stay long and the
    three of them flew down to the cacao fields. Amazing. I knew that toucans lived

    ... abruptly and indicated for me to get out, I followed him down a thin path
    into the jungle. Turns out it was not just jungle but rather a farm of mixed
    crops, oranges, mangos, plantains, pineapples and beans all intercropped
