    I should have checked our travel insurance before we left home to make sure that we are covered for all forms of natural disasters. After the excitement of the earth quake in LA, we had booked onto a tour to see active volcanos in Nicaragua and I'm hoping that we might bump into a hurricane as we cross the Gulf of Mexico to bring up the third horseman of the apocalypse.     ... accomplishment looking back at the clean tidy garden beds
    but also a mind full of new ideas. The dogs and cats were my “help” for this
    task, it was so nice to hang out with them for the morning. Only down side to
    the whole thing was my steep learning curve into stinging ant behavior. For a

    the morning, he showed me how to close the walls of the kitchen like most homes
    here the kitchen is open-air; however he had installed drop down walls to keep
    the animals out.

    ... to a local ecocenter south of town. IT was a private reserve but we had an excellent guide just for the two of us and saw two and three toed tree sloths hanging in the trees, iguanas again high in the trees and an excellent buttterfly enclosure. The best thing was that our private guide had a huge telescope on a tripod so he would spot the animals high in the trees and focus on them and then let us see.
