... our room was ready, we got checked in and went up to our room, and was surprised by how nice it was, especially given the price we paid in comparison to other hotels in the area. We got our luggage unloaded, and headed down to the pool. The first couple minutes in the pool ...

It was great fun and the whole car got a kick out of the 2 "Red Hat Ladies" trying to climb in and out of the darn thing. Glad we only stopped a couple of times, I couldn't have climbed in and out many more times.
ANOTHER EARLY START TOMORROW - we catch the ferry from Muskegon to Milwaukee tomorrow morning.
    More tomorrow. ...

... remained seated for Emancipator and wandered around for the most of the rest of the night; Saturday was our cool-down day so we would have energy to hit Sunday with the respect it deserved. The most interesting show we saw was easily The Fungineers, a puppet-band featuring a beat-boxing monkey-unicorn puppet (?), as well as other group members in costume, including my favorite, the sexy platypus. They had nothing special as far as lyrics go -- it was fairly simple ...
