We made it to Vancouver but every bus to Whistler was full. We went into the 2010 Olympic village on the second day. Very nice but definitely a town for the younger adventurous ones among you. Extreme downhill bike riding is what they do in the off season.

... we asked if summer dresses and shorts were appropriate and fortunately they said yes. However I got pushed and shoved out of the way when buying ice creams by Turkish women, so maybe not a dress next time. The next night we camped out at ANZAC cove on the 24th and attended the dawn services to remember those who fought for our country. This was definitely such a moving experience and I would recommend it to anyone! Gallipoli was such ...
