At the risk of sounding like a couple of swingers the hot tub turned out to be an excellent place to meet some of the locals and get them to share some thoughts on where we should go next. The first time we went, the boys had organised a trip there when Dominoes closed for renovations and everyone associated with anyone from Dominoes was meant to be going. Everyone you spoke to was going! Until it was ...

... took a little getting used to, just its width mainly, and then it was 1750 and David and Kelvin of De La Soul sidle up to the car and jump in and we are off to Vancouver Airport via the Opus Hotel in downtown Van. They were both really nice guys, talking about their future gigs, they are off to the UK in May, and how much they liked Whistler and enjoyed playing here. David was very tired so spent most of the two hour, 130km/80mile journey, asleep.
