Our last day at Universal. Off to an early start again. Despicable Me was a fun ride! Off to Diagon Alley. Nisha had a wand chosen for her at Ollivanders! A Willow wand with a Phoenix core for a witch who is loving and peaceful! Just amazed at the amount of detail! So true to the books! Did the Hogwarts Express the other way. And a few more water rides to cool off! We ...

... On the subject of soaking, on the river rapids you can shoot a water cannon from above at the people on the ride. The confused looks on their faces as they got soaked were only bettered by the mad scramble as they tried to avoid four people aiming their water cannons at them! There is a weather system brewing off the west coast of Orlando which was now upgraded to having a name (this only happens once they get so big) ...

... theme, I really liked the buildings and stone bridges and snow/ice capped roofs and pine trees every where. Typhoon Lagoon was very tropical & nautical in style but it lacked shade. Blizzard Beach had lots of broad trees with lots of shady spots.

Typhoon Lagoon (TL) definitely has the better wave pool, it's surely the largest I have ever seen an the surf waves are great...Blizzard Beach (BB) had a smaller wave pool, but you could take the inner tubes in the wave pool ...

... to the unit for lunch and a movie.

We spent the rest of the day just relaxing and watching tv. Rich and Roxton later headed out to Walmart to get some food for dinner and for lunch tomorrow as we were having friends visit for the day. The others bathed and got ready. When they got back we had dinner and then it was time for bed. Roxton bathed and then they all lay in bed watching tv, a treat. An early ...
