    ... on the sail trim we caught up a little to inspiration who I am certain then concentrated a bit more and pulled away again. The boats are closely matched enough to make it great fun but Inspiration has the edge. By the end of the day I was explaining to Craig how essential it was to get a taller mast and sails.     Deep sleep. I always seem to sleep really well on ships. Must be something to do with the motion of the ocean even though I cant really feel any movement at all.
