Breakfast with Mickey! What a way to start the day

Morning sure arrived quickly this morning, as we were late again last night. Once we received our morning wake up call from Olaf, we dragged ourselves out of bed and got ready for another busy but Disney filled day!

We picked up Michele at her resort and made our way over to the Polynesian to check in for our breakfast reservation. We were promptly seated and within minutes the food started arriving at our tables. Delicious ...

... our way back to Everest as it was now running. But even with our fast pass, the wait would have been in excess of an hour. We decided we didn't care to wait that long. It was now lunch time as we went over to Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge for some grilled chicken flatbread with zebra domes for dessert. So, so yummy! When we went to scan our Magic Band at the FP+ queue, it worked just fine. The crowds had now grown ...

The kids woke up to invitations to get made-over like pirates and then join a crew to watch the fireworks that evening on a boat. I also made us all Mickey head pirate shirts to wear so that we could really do this up right!

Since it was our second day back and we were staying late for fireworks, we again had a leisurely ...

... it did get us in the park early, by the time we made several trips to the yummy buffet breakfast and met pirate Jake, Princess Sofia, Doc McStuffins, and Handy Manny it was pretty much 9am. So I quick ran with the kids over to the Jedi training sign up, where there was quite a line already, while Bill went to get our FastPasses. Then it was off to ride the rides and see the shows.

We got FastPasses for Toy Story Mania, Star Tours ...
