After our shopping outing we headed off to Animal Kingdom as we had dinner reservations at Yak & Yeti which serves Asian inspired stir fry and noodle bowl options. We all chose the Bourbon style chicken with jasmine rice. For dessert Nancy had a trip of raspberry, mango and lemon sorbets. Courtney and I had the cream cheese filled wontons with grilled pineapple served with vanilla ...
... pastries also exclusive to this restaurant. The theming there is also amazing. It makes one feel as if they are on safari in Africa taking a meal break. Cost for this buffet is $21.99 each plus tip, which we paid out of pocket for. This is not a good use of a meal credit on the dining plan. We save those for meals which cost over $40 each. Breakfast we pay for and save the credits for lunch and dinner.
Next we headed off to Epcot for park opening...aka ...
... now sore. It was time to head home to our resort to rest up for our EPCOT day in the morning. It is now almost 1:30 a.m. as I finish typing this blog entry. Time for some shut eye. I have some comments and concerns about the new FP + system, but will wait to comment on them until we have used them for a few more days. After six days of Disney parks the kids are ride, charactered, showed and walked-out. When asked if they wanted to go back to any of the parks, they answered with an emphatic, "NO". But Kaeleigh still had some spending money left, so she wanted to hit Downtown Disney and do some shopping.

After the show ended there was dead silence on the boat, as we were all sort of stunned and confused as to what had just happened. Then our pirate leader stood up and started rattling off jokes and playing trivia for little prizes for the kids. Way to recover. Um, not really. Peter Pan was waiting for us at the docks, so it was back in line to wait ...
