    ... villagey. On the way home we drove down to see the Bush home up close only to find out we were looking at the wrong mansion. Bush compound is much bigger but to be honest, the one I thought was the Bush compound was much nicer. It has it's own church. Can't put the photo on insta, too big. I took a panorama shot.

    ... who was very thankful that Fray had thought to grab her cigarettes & lighter before evacuating. Also Fray heard 2 women who didn't know each other & were wearing nighties & street shoes, admire each other's shoes as we evacuated. We checked out after breakfast & headed for Kennebunkport. The weather was perfect, clear & cold. We made a couple of stops for coffee & lunch but otherwise drove straight through, arriving at 3.30pm. The ...

    ... got $40 of sweets and various flavours of fudge. The fudge was the best fudge I have ever had and after the candy shop we went to get some fried clams and a frappe. After about 5 hours at Cape Cod we went back to Manchester and chilled out in my hosts house.

    This is probably one of my most boring posts because I haven't really done much in a while but it was a fantastic 3 days and the best bit has to be the ridiculously beautiful surroundings.

    ... starting to get back to normal here. The same cannot be said for down south, sending my thoughts and prayers to all those affected. It is unbelievable that Mother Nature can inflict such damage.

    Speaking of mid term exams, since they have been pushed back I have two History exams tomorrow and one American Literature exam next Thursday. I am feeling pretty confident with them but I can't help but be a little nervous! ...
