... Bali. Bangkok is our next stop and we can't wait. Back to a busy place where you never run out of excursions and markets. We are also excited to see Chris, Um and the girls (Scott's cousin) who we are staying with for a few days. Koh Tao has not been what we expected. It seems to be a party island (which is great for some people but not for us). We want to enjoy the ...

    Day 1: April 12, 2014

We arrived in Thong Sala at 9.30, from there we took a taxi to Haad Rin, the taxi charged us each of us BHT 100. When the driver dropped us off we had to walk a little bit along the beach to get to our place, but after 30 hours we finally reached our destination.

According to us the “resort” was quite ...

... 5 to 10 times) and everyone's attention concentrates on sex, drugs and deep trance techno b***s**t (excuse my french). So we stayed a couple of nights (the first one only to recover from the train). We spent a day sailing around Ang Thong marine national park which is absolutely sensational, and then had to make a decision on where to go next before we got eaten alive by party goers.
