The pre-trip

So I haven't actually flown out yet, but I'm planning to.. In 9 hours. I just wanted to get my fans pumped up to read more about my adventures.

It's snowing a lot outside (in GFPK). I foresee a nice 1.5 hour bus ride from downtown Montreal to PET airport.

Vou passar o próximo fim-de-semana em New York.

Uphill from a plaza was Quartier Latin where we had an evening coffee. Waiters kept asking us in French and we could not shake off a feeling of being in a magnificently unreal place

Several times we saw signs "Come back in May". I wonder...

We are not a bit sunburnt and quite tired but we must head back home to our weekday lives and jobs. I"m singing 'wake me up when September ends'.

Just down the street was another one, and Pierre and Nick waited in line for about an hour, while Andrew, JM and I geo-cached some more. We found one down the street in an old tank in a park, making it my first geo-cache find ever! There was a little piece of paper you could write your name on, to say that you found it, and then we put it back. (It was attached ...

... off this disaster. So me , Armelle and Kate jumped into a taxi headed to Le tulip- (concert was held in old burlesque theatre)and got there at 10 just as they came on stage. Clawed our way to the front, and enjoyed what has to be one of the best gigs ever. Great atmosphere, great music, great crowd interaction, so a Great Time!. On a high from the concert, we ended the night in a diner eating poutine! mmmm So that`s Montreal folks, next stop Quebec City. Love Laura xxx
