We woke up early to enjoy the beach and hoped to see dolphins but no luck. The beach was stunning though. We had breakfast and packed up to leave. They gave us a CD on check out from the Inn of romantic beach music! Such a nice touch. I was sad to leave. It was so nice there.

We ended up with a 7 hour drive plus the hour that ...

... by far. An elegant ship, a great stateroom suite and fantastic food and stops at different ports. Rome was the favorite city, especially the Colosseum and the Vatican. Venice was choice 2 because of its uniqueness and the friendliness of the people who live and work there. Dubrovnik, Kotor and Pula were great stops and I’m glad we got to see them. The crush of people in the big cities in Europe in August can be ...

This is my first attempt at doing a travel blog and I hope everyone gets it!

We're off and on the go! We had an early departure from Fort Walton Beach airport so we arrived early in Charlotte and are now relaxing in the lounge while waiting for our connection flight at 6:20PM. It's a long flight (about 9 hours) but thankfully we're ...
