      I'm sat outside Kayun Hostel in Kuta at 5.30am Monday morning with the worst stomach on the trip so far and the surf camp pick up is late. They went to the wrong Kayun Hostel, so I missed the intermediate surf trip and had to go to a semi-beginners session out front of the hotel. This consisted of walls of white water. Awesome.       ... as we travel, we have been careful to book places with wifi in advance, but Dennis has often had to work in lobbies since the wifi has only worked there. (Australia was surprising in its poor wifi service; other travelers we've spoken to have complained about the same thing.)       ... the room. It is normal to have a road with a 3 foot drop into rice fields on each side... or worse, have a 6 foot concrete wall with no place to go. Every week 1 Australian dies in a scooter related accident. Unfortunately, most of these death are preventable as they involve alcohol and they are usually not wearing a helmet. Xmas?!
