... The beaches I'd seen so far weren't what I expected of Goa though, I thought they'd be whiter and bluer to be honest! So the next day I rented a moped from the hostel and went to drive further down the coast and see if I could find a nicer beach anywhere - I was successful :-)
Literally the next beach along called Patnem was much smaller and less busier than Palolem ...
