        ... old feel about it, that was really unexpected. Once we finished the tour we got some fish n chips and went Souvenir shopping :) quite coincidentally- the Beach Boys Song Kokomo comes on the radio and Cathryn breaks out in song in the middle of the shops (check out the video). Too soon, it was time to head back on the bus for the LONG ride home. Everyone swapped seats which caused a few arguments (in Spanish) but we got underway at 5:30pm and we got back to the hotel ...

        ... the 7 mile bridge used in several movies like, Fast & Furious and True Lies. Key West was very different from what we expected, I guess we thought it was going to be pristine with white washed houses but it was very hippy bohemian and untidy in some areas!! Nether the less our time here was not wasted as I dragged Stu around Ernest Hemingway's house, which was fascinating and also very sad to hear of his life! We tried the famous Key Lim Pie ...

        ... was 19 to try and kick start his career. He played many instruments and before that, he told me he had toured the US earning cash to play Halo on the Xbox. He told me that he had earned thousands and now at the old age of 22 he had decided he just wanted to concentrate on his music. He was a very nice guy actually, so I am now his 'fan' on Facebook..just in case he does make it big one day. In case you are wondering..I didn't go to the nudist pool on this day..I went to the beach ...

        After a quick trip on the Everglades in an airboat at Buffalo Tigers, we stopped off at the Costco in Kendall. We stocked up on necessities and then went back to our campground. With the luggage stowed securely in the coach, we headed out, following Lisa and Rich to Cudjoe Key.

        ... cams so I made a goof of myself for a few seconds at the one pointed at the stage as Sarah watched at home. Then we went to the outside one on Duvall Street and called her. Modern technology can be kind of fun sometimes.

        After an uneventful dinner at the Conch Republic and some chocolate dipped Key Lime Pie on a stick, it was back to the Lusitania to see if it is afloat. It is or I would not be typing this. Let’s see what tomorrow will bring. ...
