The 8 th was our first Blue Jay game at Florida's Auto Exchange Stadium. Walking distance from our apt. A nice day and we had fun cheering on our Jays...they lost to the pirates ...but great to be in the stands. Jordan bought me a Bautista jersey and I wore it proudly amongst a sea of blue. About 4-5 of the regulars started the game and then they changed up in the 5th. So nice to be in shorts and sandals with the sun beating down....really loving it here.

... we decided to go via St Petersburg on the west coast of Florida! It took us 5 hours to drive there for two hours on the beach but it was worth it! The beach is gorgeous with vast white sand! It had a very young vibe with loads of people, some playing volley ball and others playing their music aloud for us all to enjoy! Well that was that for Florida, just one more day to pick up a few more things at the Mall and off we were again to the airport!!

After a quick trip on the Everglades in an airboat at Buffalo Tigers, we stopped off at the Costco in Kendall. We stocked up on necessities and then went back to our campground. With the luggage stowed securely in the coach, we headed out, following Lisa and Rich to Cudjoe Key.

The trip was slow with lots of traffic due to a huge Nautical Flea Market just before Marathon ...

... on to 801 which had Gugi and Jeff hosting the Karaoke. Great to see Paul and his sons for a quick drink, then ended up having a few drinks at Bobby's Monkey Bar with the wonderful Miss Elaine and also a quick visit to Bourbon St to catch up with Shawn. Great night all in all!!

As You can imagine, the next few days are a bit of a blur, but I had a couple of great days hanging out at a bar called Irish Kevin's watching the very funny and ...
