We had New York pizza for dinner and then spent the evening drinking red wine (yes I was drinking wine!) in the hotel jacuzzi with an Australian couple and an American couple! Santa Barbara - Los Angeles Left Santa Barbara and headed towards LA! We were making good time so we stopped off at Santa Monica Beach before having to drop the car off. We walked along Santa Monica Pier and then chilled on the beach, Michael had a swim in the ...

The entire time we were on the bridge we were under the watchful eye of a security officer. Many in our tour asked questions of the bridge officer. We also saw dolphins and heard a sea lion barking. On to Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. A short hike to a spot overlooking a pristine beach ...

We could watch sheep grazing while we dined on the patio, and see Carmel Bay in the distance ( Monastery Beach). Having so much fun, making memories and meeting people, but do miss our girls- Megan, Meredith , and Breanna! Chin up, girls, we are halfway thru our journey now! And Rose, hope you are being a good ...
