... prospect of cycling (walking in my case) back. I did manage to make the bike work some of the way, but most of the journey was frustratingly pushing a bike while others cruised by on motorbikes or tuk-tuks! Nevertheless we arrived successfully back at the hostel, both in much need of showers after our muddy and sweaty adventure, before heading out for tea.
