At cookhouse lunch, Jeremiah told me that Jason bought a volleyball net so I’m pretty stoked about the idea of playing volleyball this season. I’m not good at it, but it’s the only sport I actually enjoy. Should be a good time!

... the local Shriners are running our show, selling the tickets, and taking the tickets at the gate. My official job title in Mountain Home is "Stroller Stopper". I am doing my part to keep our tent safe from errant strollers that are not allowed inside because of fire regulations per the fire marshal. So far today, that meant one stroller per show. Whew! It’s a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it…

... We settled on a site and set up our camp. After camp was set up we headed into the town of Forrest City for dinner. We had dinner at a Mexican restaurant called Don Jose. After dinner we went back to camp to settle in for the night. On the way to the tent we saw the longest worm (it was seriously like a foot long).
