I got up in the morning and I walked to the Constitution Center. It was about 10 minutes away from the hotel. We sat down and ate a quick breakfast from Starbucks Coffee. The National Constitution Center was created by the Constitution Heritage Act in 1988.The National Constitution Center Opened on July 4, 2003. We found the tour guide next to the Constitution Center. Our tour guide was a very young man. Our Second Stop on the tour was the President's house site. ...
