    We started the day with coffee around the pool and then went to the beach. I walked for two hours with Steve looking for sharks teeth whilst Maggie and Norma after a shorter walk spent time chatting in the sea to cool off.     We had coffee by the pool and after breakfast we went to the beach. First we went for a walk passing many sea turtle nests. So far there are over 700 nests in the area. There are between 80 and 120 eggs laid in each nest and they take 45 days to hatch on a full moon! Whilst we walked we looked for fossilised sharks teeth, and found a few.     ... on surrounding keys. On Saturdays, there is a fantastic farmers market that goes on for several blocks and has wonderful vegetables, meats and seafood. There are several parks in Sarasota but not as many as in St. Pete. While it is flat enough to ride a bike this is not really what one would call a bike friendly city due to all the traffic and fewer trails.

    ... Rick and Tina and also a visit from our Swedish/American friends Leif and Barbro who are flying in from San Francisco. Let's hope the weather stays warm!

    In the meantime we're playing tennis and walking everyday, sometimes on the beach but also to Saint Armand's Circle and Downtown over the bridge. It's not easy to be in Limbo but we try to keep busy. Here are a few photos from the weeks past.
