I had planned to spend a few days relaxing at Halong Bay town before joining a boat tour to explore the bay. However, when I arrived in the town it was really run town and the main attraction on trip advisor, a shopping mall, had shut down! You also could not see the sea ...

Short legs and no grip on their boots really hampered them. Darren stacked it twice. If not for Nam, who was his helper, he would've gone over the edge of a 10' drop. She was strong. ... breeze I could. We got a taxi back to the hotel as we were now under slight time pressure to eat and shower before the sleeper bus. The meter didn't seem to be increasing at all as we drove along so I was thinking 'Great, it's gonna be as cheap as chips so Jack won't go crazy'. However about 2 minutes into the journey the meter started increasing at insane rates going from 50,000 dong to 200,000 again and again. I asked if ...

... back in port but the chef was not letting us leave without another meal! It is only 10:30am and with only half an hour left of our journey the table is set and we are about to be served. After the size of our previous meals we were a bit apprehensive as to what was in store for us. A large plate for each of us was placed on the table, although smaller than yesterday's meals it was still a generous size, especially for so early in the day. ...
