      ... was a bit odd in all of it were the random bins shaped & painted like penguins that were scattered around through the caves. As far as I'm aware there's no penguins in Vietnam so not entirely sure of the significance! When we got back to the boat it was time to check out then time for brunch - more food..... It was kind of sad to sit on the top deck in the sun watching the beautiful scenery changing as we came closer to Halong marina, even sadder to say bye ...

      Today was meant to be up at 6am for Thai chi,but looking out the window it was a bit wet, so I don't think anyone took part. Breakfast was at 7am so we went to that it seem that not everyone was interested. We had some coffee and snacks before transferring to the morning activity, a kayak trip into a lagoon.       ... that afternoon we did some kayaking around the bay, and through some caves, and a tunnel grotto into a gorgeous lagoon where we saw some monkeys playing on the cliffs, and through some very narrow limestone rock formations.
