Friday night we stopped at Atlantic City! We stayed at one of the main casino hotels right on the strip, for a quiet time of year we both couldn't get over the amount of people day and night just feeding money into the slots or laying out big dollars at the tables. The casino's also have no dress code, one guy looked like he was wearing pj's at two …

... arrived in the late afternoon. The Knife and Fork Inn restaurant had great reviews and we were lucky enough to get a reservation that night. The food and atmosphere were great but unfortunately it turned out to be the highlight of our weekend … After dinner we walked to the boardwalk. The Inn was not in the main area and on our way we walked past a huge hotel and casino that was abandoned. The boardwalk is extremely long but you can’t see the ocean from the ...

We saw almost no lawyer offices, doctor offices, hospitals, etc., and farms were everywhere. The scenery was spectacular and the covered bridges were amazing (Note Emily and Martin as well as the above mentioned).

We spent $1,627.49 on this trip going over our saved envelope amount by about $200. Not bad.

Our return trip to AC was fun. It was Orlando (my boss), Stacey (His GF) and Adam who came this time. Me and Adam stayed at Harrahs and Stacey and Orlando stayed at the Gold Nugget. But they wished they stayed at Harrahs, they ended up gambling at our casino the whole time anyways. Once again, I ...

... eighty-foot wide stretch of wooden sidewalk along the shores of the ocean where you’ll find the multi colored splashy casinos, restaurants, boutiques, street performers, musicians, magical acts and tickets to concerts, sporting events, meetings and trade shows. The most popular way to explore the boardwalk is by having a vendor push you around in the legendary rolling chair. It’s a large covered wicker chair - but instead of being pulled (as in ...
