... a much stronger sun beating down on his back, there is the fear of sun burn and heat stroke. To help overcome some of this, part of the swim will be in the darkness of night.

The swim will take place on June 3rd starting at 3am. Supported by a boat to aid in navigation and emergencies, Bryan plans to swim around the entire island in 6-8 hours.

All of this is to raise money for Project AWARE so they can continue their good ...

... ended on Koh Naang Yuan which is a smaller separate island and a national park for a bit more snorkelling and a drink on the beach. Today, we went diving which was a really good experience. ... an oversized Tuk-Tuk, over cramped with people for the half an hour journey. We then boarded the boat for what was set to be our worst leg of a journey by fare. The water for the two and a half hour journey was choppy, choppy enough to make the whole boat go very quiet and a number very seasick. Unfortunately Vicky ended up being one of these people and spent the journey sat at the back of the boat near the WC, without ever having to go though! When we made it to Koh Tao there were ...

This morning we didn't have much time in Koh Tao at all as we booked an early boat to Koh Phangan because the weather had been so bad there wasn't any point waiting around. The boat was relatively quick, although I'm so glad I've found the ability to sleep anywhere and appreciate naps whenever you get the opportunity! Annoyingly the weather wasn't so good in Phangan either but we'd already booked a really nice hotel and was meeting Katy, one of the girls we ...
