... Bangkok to a teacher hiring fair. I ended leaving the family for a few days to try to find a job. The job fair was very interesting. I was able to get about 8 interviews and meet lots of educators from around the world. I was a little disappointed though because there were no middle school science job openings in Thailand and very few in Malaysia and Indonesia at this fair.Most of the recruiters are still waiting to go to other fairs. Luke slept in private beachside villa in Ao Mae Hat while Sarah snorked on her own. She says it was pretty good but a bit scary.
Zero energy but still managed to drag down the beach, have some breakfast, and get a cab. Why so low on energy? Probably a combination of heat, humidity and not eating enough.

... to a tourist information centre. When we arrived, it was closed! However, it conveniently doubled up as a bed and breakfast and we managed to get a few hours sleep. After a 4.30am wake up call, we were finally on our way to Ko Tao! Our next realisation was that we had no clue what we were going to do when we got there. For our final dinner in Koh Tao, we went to a restaurant recommend by Conor and his gang earlier in the week. The restaurant is called Thaital and it's homemade Italian food made by a couple who moved to Koh Tao a decade ago from Italy. The restaurant is slightly off the beaten path for tourists and we likely wouldn't have found it if it wasn't recommended. ...
