... I replied with a no. "Do you have travel insurance?" At which point I replied with a yes. "Ok, please wait to get seen" I thought that was a little random. Meanwhile, whilst waiting to be seen by the doc a young girl had walked in, couldn't be older then 18/19. She approached the desk and just said" excuse me, I think I have alcohol poisoning" we looked at each other and just thought this girl just had a bad hangover. She was asked the question, ...

We got up at 3.30 to get our taxi to the airport for our flight to Koh Samui. This time we actually got the wake up call. It only took half an hour to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport which is a huge new airport. This time it was a smaller plane than usual (Bangkok airways) but good service and this time a brunch meal was included. We were at ...

Sam gave us a briefing in the skills we would be learning that day and then we headed out into chest high water. Here we practiced many ...

two days before deciding (and having the confidence) to head to
“Sharks Bay” … yes “SHARKS BAY” , however, this ended in a
fail as we couldn't get there by foot so decided to get a taxi to
another beach we had read was one of the best called “Tanote Bay”.
This, again however, ended in a fail. The sea was rough which made

... least I'm not alone. The German guy in front is obviously trying to block me out from behind him by staring at the ceiling, poor bloke. The boat stops and for a minute I think we're at Koh Tao! Finally! No more puking! But no, it's still another 10 minutes from here. A nice American lady behind gives me some much needed sympathy - she has faired much better than I have. Sadly, as we dock in Koh ...
