... br> The area we were in was right next to the Tianjin river and there was a canal boat giving tours so we decided to find it. However on the bridge we encountered 'the Monkey King' who sadly demanding 10 yuan a photo, so we didn't bother.

... in Bangkok we were off to the condo. The Nobel refine. We went for a quick walk which turned out to be several drinks and sports bar and a dance club. It was pretty quiet out. Our two caretakers Anna and suzie kept the boys entertained. Anna gave me a "shutdown Bangkok" wrist band and spilled the bar secrets. She was fun... But I guess it's her job to make sure we have fun... And probably the boys more than me. Great first night! ...

That would sound like a nice day trip to another china city... But it's not. It's for a middle school girls volleyball tournament. And in china, it doesn't matter how early you leave for a tournament, something inevitably holds you up, like traffic, accidents, getting lost or even the pollution. Today it was the latter.
